So a lot of people ask me, “Where do I go from here? What do I do? Your instructions weren’t clear.”
Here’s the thing: The goal of these letters — is not to tell you exactly what to do. It’s to help you sharpen your tools, strengthen your intuition, and build a solid relationship with yourself.
If the goal in life is to achieve contentment and satisfaction — in our relationships, our careers, and the world we live in — it all begins with one fundamental question:
What is your relationship with yourself?
If you don’t want to spend time with yourself, why would anyone else want to?
The purpose of these letters is to guide you toward a healthier relationship with yourself. It’s about creating clarity in your internal world so you can better observe and navigate the external one.
And as you chip away at your daily tasks and discover your passions, you’ll gain the ability to move the needle in the direction you truly want to go.
When we take things personally, we step up to the plate. We take full responsibility for how life impacts us — and, in turn, how we choose to respond to it.
But that ability to take full responsibility depends on one critical thing: the tools you’ve built for yourself.
When we’re aware of what we’re feeling and experiencing, we gain the power to validate ourselves.
That self-validation gives us the confidence to shift, to grow, and to transform our experiences into ones that work in our favor.
For some people, this idea might feel selfish — and selfish in a negative sense. But ask yourself this: If you don’t advocate for yourself, who will?
Advocating for yourself doesn’t mean ignoring the needs of others. It means taking accountability for your own well-being. It’s about committing to daily practices that keep you physically, emotionally, and spiritually nourished.
This includes the basics:
With these foundational habits in place, you give yourself the energy and capacity to absorb the nourishment the world around you has to offer.
When your nervous system is balanced, your entire world shifts.
When your body and emotions are in sync, you begin to notice the small pleasures that life offers — the ones you might otherwise miss. This is the gateway to joy: being present enough to see the good even when life isn’t perfect.
Negativity trains us to scrutinize everything that goes wrong. But when we’re in a good place — when we’ve invested in our personal well-being — we’re better equipped to celebrate what’s right.
That’s why setting yourself up for success, preferably in the morning, is so crucial. When you take a moment to establish a foundation for your day — whether through movement, meditation, journaling, or simply setting an intention — you’ve already won.
No matter what challenges arise, you’ve succeeded because you’ve shown up for yourself.
Every day brings challenges. Many are completely out of our control. But what is in our control is how we experience them. (The perspective and conditioning)
And that experience will always be personal.
When you take a moment to reflect on how things affect you personally, you learn a lot about your relationship with yourself. Are you compassionate with yourself when things go wrong? Are you critical? Do you spiral into self-doubt, or do you find the strength to move forward?
The answers to these questions will tell you everything about how you relate to the world around you.
I hope you’ve enjoyed these last few months of letters. I’ve loved sharing my thoughts, lessons, and experiences with you. Upon request we will be addressing the next topic.
As we move forward, I’ll be diving into a new chapter of exploration: how to organize the abundance in our lives. Being that there is so much “stuff” and little time to advicate for ourselves. How do we build an abundant life that supports our personal satisfaction?
Inspired by my first book, Interior Designer: The Body, this new focus will explore not just our internal worlds but also the external elements of our lives — and how the two are constantly communicating.
From relationships to physical spaces to daily routines, we’ll look at how to create harmony in every area of life.
Thank you for all your support, and I can’t wait to take this next step with you. If you have a friend that this work can benefit please share.
Before we move into this next chapter, take a moment to reflect on what we’ve covered so far. Ask yourself:
Your journey is personal — and it’s yours to define. I’m here to remind you that you have the tools to create the life you desire, one step at a time.
The letters you have enjoyed these last 6 months will be bound into a book which I am calling “It’s Personal.” The book will be ready for preorder in a few weeks. Thank you for making this possible.
