✨ What If You’re Not Lost—You’re Just Ready? Chapter 1 Begins: What It Means to Really Believe Hello ladies, This week, we opened Chapter 1 of Derech Hashem (דרך השם) and explored something deep, uncomfortable, and surprisingly freeing: What does it really mean to believe? The text opens with a bold statement: “Every person must believe and know that there exists a First Being, without beginning or end, who created and sustains all of existence.” But what happens when you don’t feel sustained? We went there. Together. And what came up was honesty, humor, deep insights—and some real clarity. 🌱 Highlights from our session: • God doesn’t just create—He sustains. If we feel disconnected or unsupported, it’s often because we’ve taken too much into our own hands. Not out of pride, but out of fear. Out of conditioning. Out of survival. • Our culture glorifies "having"—but what we crave is access. Minimalism is a spiritual hunger. A backpack, a laptop, and the freedom to move. Connection doesn’t come from owning more—it comes from needing less. • We confuse authenticity with suffering. We think we have to “earn” love by hurting, by proving ourselves through pain. But authenticity doesn’t require suffering. It requires presence. • You can’t skip the space in between. The time between wanting and receiving isn’t punishment—it’s an invitation to trust. Most of us don’t know how to sit still in it. That’s where we start. • Belief isn’t memorization. It’s not about reciting what you’ve been taught. It’s about learning to see for yourself. Critical thinking. Making it personal. Saying: I’ll choose my life, not inherit it blindly. 🧠This Week’s Reflection Questions:
